用户协议
欢迎使用 PawSoul。PawSoul 由个人开发者运营（下称“我们”）。注册或使用 PawSoul 即表示你同意本协议和《隐私政策》。通过 App Store 下载时，Apple 的标准许可协议（EULA）同样适用；如有冲突，以本协议为准。
1. 账号
你需要年满 13 周岁（在中国大陆为 14 周岁）才能使用 PawSoul。请妥善保管你的账号，并对账号下的行为负责。你可以随时在应用内注销账号。
2. 你的内容
你上传的照片、填写的档案和发布的文字归你所有。为了提供服务，你授予我们一项非独占、免费、全球范围的许可，用于存储、处理（包括交由 AI 服务商生成内容）和展示这些内容；对于你发布到社区的内容，还包括向其他用户展示。你撤回发布或删除内容后，该许可随之终止（合理的备份周期除外）。
请只上传你有权使用的内容。
3. 社区规则
请友善对待其他用户和动物。禁止发布：
- 色情、暴力、血腥或虐待动物的内容；
- 骚扰、仇恨、歧视或威胁他人的内容；
- 违法内容、垃圾广告、诈骗或侵犯他人权利（含隐私、肖像、著作权）的内容。
你可以举报违规内容或拉黑其他用户。我们会在 24 小时内处理举报，并有权删除违规内容、限制或终止违规账号。
4. AI 生成内容
画像、宠物心声、解惑回答和“爪爪”的评论回复由 AI 自动生成，可能不准确、不完整或与预期不符。解惑内容仅供参考，不构成兽医诊断或治疗建议；宠物出现健康问题时，请及时就医。你可以将自己的 AI 作品用于个人用途和分享。
5. 免费额度
PawSoul 目前免费提供，AI 功能有每日或每小时的使用额度。我们可能调整额度和功能；如未来推出付费功能，会提前明确告知，并通过 App Store 进行支付。
6. 服务变更与终止
作为个人项目，我们会尽力保持服务稳定，但不保证服务不中断或没有错误。我们可能修改或停止部分功能；如需停止整个服务，会尽量提前通知，以便你保存自己的内容。
7. 免责与责任限制
在法律允许的范围内，PawSoul 按“现状”提供，我们不对因使用或无法使用本服务造成的间接损失承担责任。法律规定不得排除的责任不受此限。
8. 协议变更
协议如有重要变更，我们会在应用内或本页面提示。变更生效后继续使用即表示你接受新的协议。

Terms of Use
Welcome to PawSoul, an app run by an independent developer (“we”). By creating an account or using PawSoul, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you downloaded PawSoul from the App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where they conflict, these Terms prevail.
1. Your account
You must be at least 13 years old (14 in mainland China) to use PawSoul. Keep your account secure; you are responsible for activity under it. You can delete your account in the app at any time.
2. Your content
You own the photos, profiles and text you add. To run the service you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, process (including sending to AI providers to generate content) and display that content, and, for anything you publish to the community, to show it to other users. The license ends when you unpublish or delete the content, apart from reasonable backup retention.
Only upload content you have the right to use.
3. Community rules
Be kind to people and animals. Do not post:
- sexual, violent or gory content, or content depicting animal abuse;
- harassment, hate, discrimination or threats;
- illegal content, spam, scams, or content that infringes others’ rights (including privacy, likeness and copyright).
You can report content and block users. We review reports within 24 hours and may remove content and restrict or terminate accounts that break these rules.
4. AI-generated content
Portraits, pet voices, Ask Paw answers and Paw’s comment replies are generated automatically by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected. Ask Paw is general information only and not veterinary diagnosis or treatment advice; if your pet has a health concern, see a vet. You may use your own AI creations for personal use and sharing.
5. Free usage limits
PawSoul is currently free, with daily or hourly limits on AI features. We may change limits and features; if paid features are introduced, they will be clearly disclosed in advance and purchased through the App Store.
6. Changes to the service
As an independent project we do our best to keep PawSoul running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features; if we shut down the whole service, we will try to give advance notice so you can save your content.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PawSoul is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes to these Terms
If we make material changes, we will let you know in the app or on this page. Continuing to use PawSoul after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
